Philosophy of Ingredients
At some point, you stop believing in great high end skincare, when you use a product for the first time it works and then it stops working and pimples, blemishes keep coming back even if you follow your daily routine and do everything right. I faced that when back in the days working as a Beauty Consultant, my customers were coming back with questions:
Why first effect of the face cream and serum is gone after one month and skin turns Oily?
Why product is too heavy?
After many years talking to clients face-to-face I realised that the way to the perfect skin is not a 'perfect product' but a natural product, free from artificial chemicals.
I have tried numerous High end anti ageing creams and serums, they look nice, smell nice but I had to swap routine over and over again. Then I stopped.
There were numerous reasons why I stopped myself using De Luxe skincare of the famous brands:
-
small amount or no goodness - first five ingredients in the list is what your face serum or cream made of, it is usually Pentylene Glycol (synthetic skin conditioner), Glycerin (Vegetable or Animal?), Polyacrylate Crosspolymer-6 (synthetic polymer);
-
bag ingredients in cosmetics like PEGs (Petrolatum), Polyethylene, SLS, BHA, Fragrance and Colours (“CI” followed by a five digit number usually in the end on the list of Ingredients);
-
made-up/non existent flowers and plants and their magical effect on your skin - Longoza, Swiss Apple, Plant Stem Cells, Planifolia - you name it;
-
exaggerating the effect of skincare cream on the skin - reducing pores serums, lifting face creams simply won't work if your skin routine includes only one product;
-
plastic packaging and the plastic micro beads;
-
plus the financial value and the price: you ending up spending an enormous amount for something that has only Mango butter in it - very famous Fashion Brand Night Cream.
When I started getting orders from London and Surrey customers I knew people have made a good choice - the choice that they have made themselves, without anybody effecting their judgement.
It is disappointing when you finding Glycerine or Petroleum in eye cream. Skin under eye area is extremely gentle, it is three times thinner than a paper tissue. Petroleum, Mineral Oil will block oxygen to the skin, allergies and dryness can appear and more line and wrinkles that you had before.
This is why I started selling skincare that I use and make myself.
Here are the list of Ingredients we use and How your skin can benefit from them:
List Raw Ingredients:
Raw, Pure, Virgin, Unrefined, Organic Shea Butter in our Body Care enriches your skin in Fatty Essential Acids, Minerals and naturally occurring Vitamins E and A. Moisturising, anti-inflammatory and anti-ageing properties.
Raw Shea Butter is much effective than Refined Shea Butter which is filtered for longer shelf life and white in colour or scent.
Unrefined Shea Butter has a much bigger antioxidant content that gives to the skin mild sun protection of SPF 8, reduces the appearance of fine lines, even stretch marks and acne scars.
Pure Floral Waters of Chamomile, Orange Flower and Rose in Perfance Face Toners improves skin dramatically.
Floral Water is a product derived in the process of making pure essential oil from a Raw plant - Chamomile flowers, Rose Petals and Orange Blossom. Floral water is a pure elixir for your skin - is it hydrating, calming and in the long term eliminated all possible skincare problems.
Marigold or Calendula Oil is in all our Perfance Face Creams This Oil is incredible - if you apply overnight even on Oily Skin you wake up with a much clear complexion, possible redness, inflamed red spots will clear up.
Using Oils for Combination skin is good way to balance the skin, as Oil absorbs Oil, even if you have Combination Oily Skin you need to give your skin that moisture and feed.
Jojoba Oil is lifting and smoothing due to its molecular sctructure of actual liquid Wax, it preserves skin's youth, there are rumours that Cleopatra made her everyday anti ageing cream by mixing fresh leaves Aloe Vera Juice, Jojoba Oil and Sandalwood Oil.
